Technical Verification
Our engineering team will conduct a remote troubleshooting session via email or call to confirm the hardware malfunction or compatibility error.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and box to prevent any electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage during transit.
Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned unit at our warehouse, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
